At Chronic Illness Recovery, we strive to provide high-value, transformative support to those on the path of chronic illness recovery. Please review our refund policy below before making a purchase.
Services & Memberships
All services (such as 1:1 coaching sessions) and monthly memberships are non-refundable once purchased.
However, if you cancel a 1:1 session at least 1 hour in advance, you are eligible for a 100% refund or may choose to reschedule at no additional cost.
No-shows or cancellations made less than 1 hour before the scheduled session are non-refundable.
Online Programs & Courses
Refund requests for digital programs or courses may be submitted within 24 hours of purchase under the following conditions:
Eligible for Refund (Full or Partial):

You have accessed less than 20% of the course content

You have not received personalized support or 1:1 components

You provide valid feedback explaining why the program isn’t the right fit
Not Eligible for Refund:

You've accessed significant content (more than 20%)

The program includes live calls you’ve attended

You’ve downloaded digital resources or bonuses

Refund request is made after 7 days from purchase
