Refund Policy

At Chronic Illness Recovery, we strive to provide high-value, transformative support to those on the path of chronic illness recovery. Please review our refund policy below before making a purchase.

Services & Memberships

All services (such as 1:1 coaching sessions) and monthly memberships are non-refundable once purchased.

However, if you cancel a 1:1 session at least 1 hour in advance, you are eligible for a 100% refund or may choose to reschedule at no additional cost.

No-shows or cancellations made less than 1 hour before the scheduled session are non-refundable.

Online Programs & Courses

Refund requests for digital programs or courses may be submitted within 24 hours of purchase under the following conditions:

Eligible for Refund (Full or Partial):

  • You have accessed less than 20% of the course content

  • You have not received personalized support or 1:1 components

  • You provide valid feedback explaining why the program isn’t the right fit

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • You've accessed significant content (more than 20%)

  • The program includes live calls you’ve attended

  • You’ve downloaded digital resources or bonuses

  • Refund request is made after 7 days from purchase

 

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, email info@chronicillnessrecovery.com with the subject line Refund Request. Please include:

  • Your full name

  • Purchase date

  • Reason for the request

All refund requests will be reviewed within 3–5 business days.
